Wellington Power Outage
Just to show some solidarity, there is a power outage currently in parts of Wellington. NEC house (Manners/Taranaki) and the WCC/Library building are affected. The information I have just states it was cut due to a Transformer issue and are stating up to 4 hours before it is restored. -JoelW

No power outage at the WCC/Library building. My understanding it is the transformer actually at/in NEC House that has gone down - including letting the magic smoke out - so nothing in particular to see here, move right along. That said, the number of displaced staff from $employer is entertaining.
Ahh, I got confused message from a message from a WCC staffer saying
that they might be taken out. But am guessing that was just the fact
the UPS at NEC was running out, affecting stuff, rather than the
building.
