Looks like I'll be doing a lightning (3-10 minute) talk at nznog this year since there are a couple of 5 minutes gaps. While I've got a fallback topic I'm wondering if anyone has anything they would be particularly like me to talk about. Maybe random email or Usenet stuff, system admin and design, cornflakes, curry, political or historical stuff. Pop me an email and I'll see how they look. No promises since (a) schedule is not confirmed yet and (b) I suspect some suggestions might be "unsuitable" . -- Simon J. How about "Modesty 101 for SysAdmins". That should only take 3 minutes. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Version: 6.0.775 / Virus Database: 522 - Release Date: 8/10/2004
While your at it, why not talk about "SysAdmin Jealousy 101" and "101 Ways to get a Life" -----Original Message----- From: Mark Frater [mailto:mfrater(a)quicksilver.co.nz] Sent: Monday, 10 January 2005 3:30 p.m. To: 'nznog' Subject: RE: [nznog] Talk Topic for me. Simon Lyall wrote:
