Hi all, excuse the OT post, but not sure where else to turn. Not really something the helpdesks wish to help with. I currently have 0800 service provided by a company called Supra Limited, run by a certain airline-company-hoax-monger from Nelson [1]. I have serious concerns about the stability of this company. Given that this company does not answer its phones at any time of day or night, does not return emails, and the owner appears to be an 18-year-old who has disappeared off the face of the earth, is there a way to get my 0800 number back? It's still working, but as far as I'm concerned these guys could stop paying the bills at any time, and then it will be down while I sort things out. Any ideas, anyone that can help? Once again Lamar appears on the interweb causing grief, I would suggest
contacting MED
www.med.govt.nz they actually look after the overall allocation and
numbering plans etc.
I wouldn't recommend dealing with that company at all.
