I agree 100% with Steve on this. I doubt that there are many providers that wish to publicise their internal network structure. A pretty map has very little relevance to a modern MPLS-based network without a view of the underlying signalling. All you'll see is the switched paths, not the physical infrastructure. There is such a thing as too much information - I see little point in letting an end user try to diagnose a network fault when said user has little or no understanding of network topologies and protocols, even at layer 3.
