Sorry about the non-beer content, but I've been told twice now that Domainz issued a public apology to Strongnet about the suspension from the NZ DNS last year.
If there was a public apology then I must have missed it :-) Who told you they had apologised ? surely this person would know where you can find said apology ? -- Steve. -- Steve Systems Admin, ICONZ - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog

Seeby at Orcon told me, because he felt that I hadn't given "a complete view of events" about the Strongnet case in my recent story for Computerworld NZ [http://tinyurl.com/1a8t]. Then a customer of Orcon/Strongnet wrote to IDG management saying the same thing, ie. that Domainz had apologised for the erroneous suspension and that I was remiss in not reporting that. All I could find was Roger de Salis' note about the suspension plus Philip Hunt's apology for the spamming, both posted here on NZNOG, and a story each in IDG Online and The Herald about the incident. -- Juha Saarinen - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
