Hi all Could somebody in Auckland who peers at APE and recieves 202.7.4.x/24 from the route servers please direct a browser at http://palantir.citylink.co.nz/courtenay/ and http://palantir.citylink.co.nz/reading/ and tell me if you see a particularly miserable piece of courtenay place weather. I believe they're both going, but the anycast makes it a little harder than usual to test. Cheers Si
I should add, yes, they're ugly, they'll get the corporate branding shortly, and I'd be interested in traceroutes (success or failure). Cheers Si On Wed, Nov 26, 2003 at 02:57:34PM +1300, Simon Blake said:

Hi all It turns out that yesterday when yawl were testing http://webcam.citylink.co.nz/ , we weren't actually using the Auckland streams (the joys of anycast). If somebody on APE could confirm that the reading and courtenay cameras are working and getting a decent frame rate, I'll move on to working out why things aren't working in the US :-). Umm, webcam square = dead image. I use the orcon box as my proxy server and my logs show that when I tried to load the image it was going through orcon AKL.
