You should be able to get some cheap one by Sniffing down your nearest cities major street and then going and showing all the IT managers what you found. =) Seriously though My suggestion to you would be to either not worry about WEP, or certainly not worry about 128 WEP. It does not add anything that 2 hours of sniffing can not get around. You are much better claiming back the 2Mb/s (yep it's that much) that WEP wastes, and put IPSec/ssh/pptp on the endpoints.
