Hi Folks There is a Drupal conference being held in a brewery in Wellington, immediately after LCA2010 in January. The Brewery is not enlightened and has limited network connectivity. I guess they have other things to do. It looks like I can help the Drupal folks with a temporary network connection, probably back to a CityLink location. Does anyone have a marketing budget, fascination with Drupal, or does the thought of an unmetered pipe into a Brewery cause anyone to be able to offer bandwidth support for the event. It runs on Saturday and Sunday 23/24 January. And I'm sure I can run a 1/2 inch pipe alongside the network cable. Negotiating connections might be harder. Richard

Drupal is free, like beer...

Yes, it can be hard to negotiate asymmetric connections ;)

Oh, which reminds me, tickets for LCA2010 are still on sale, we think it'll be an awesome conference, you should all come along. http://www.lca2010.org.nz There will be beer, we ordered it last week. -- Andrew Ruthven, Wellington, New Zealand At home: andrew(a)etc.gen.nz | linux.conf.au 2010 | Follow the signs. I'm sure the brewery and Citylink have a Bilateral Beering Policy they can
exchange.
