Strictly speaking I believe that's possible, but I'm reasonably sure that if
you get a domestic table from one, they includes each other's customer
routes.
To be sure of course, you could just use both.

Just wondering what the easiest way is to get a list of NZ IPs ranges that
are not peered at APE or WIX? (and maybe other NZIX pops).
Need it to be over 90% accurate and easy to recheck every once in a
while.
Or is it easier to go the other way and start with a list of NZ IPs
(from ?) and subtract what is being peered?
I promise I won't use this list to target banner ads for other ISPs :)
