Other than InternetNZ sitting on this application for 3.5 months InternetNZ has done nothing wrong. In late May I presented a paper to council about reviewing the 2LD name space and it was assigned to the .nz oversight committee to look at where it has rotted ever since not even appearing on its agenda.

Actually, this *is* on the agenda of the .nz Oversight Committeen (NZOC). At present the NZOC is focused closely on the SRS rollout and urgent policy development associated with that. Details are available at www.dnc.org.nz. Partly because of the need for urgency, but also because Rose Percivall and others widely consulted over the SRS implementation over a number of months, there is minimal public input at this stage but once the SRS implementation is rolling forward, and subject to approval from the Council of InternetNZ, a review will be initiated for all current policies, including the process for allocation or extension of the SLD space, and public participation will be a critical part of that review.
