Unfortunately the operator of the network we were having issues with remains a complete mystery, so we have changed polarity to resolve our issue. Secondly has anyone here requested TelstraClear's paid domestic peering product ( er transit, whatever ) delivered across Citylink in Wellington? I would be interested in hearing of your experience. It seems that due to a complete lack of rate limiting on their Citylink facing interface they are unwilling to deliver the capacity we have requested.
