Hi - is anyone aware of any scheduled or unscheduled Citylink outages? Citylink Helpdesk appear to be unavailable which would indicate an issue of some sort. Just wondering if anyone has any information or a network status / ETA for this? Any help appreciated. Regards, Blair Robson

We've been affected since about 8:30 this morning. Routes were going up and down every 20 seconds or so (from what I could see from our monitoring). I spoke to support a few times, and they said they were still trying to find the cause, seemed like a switching loop. I was told it could be another few hours yet. Ok, I'll run a pool for cause. Propose possible reasons and I'll come up with odds.
