Thatd be unusual - My comms with them has always been that they have to wait for the log files to get parsed, which means the most recent entry is at least half a day old... Since when is admins@ a standard for abuse complaints anyway? :P abuse(a)xtra.co.nz would be the most appropriate address to use. admins(a)team.xtra.co.nz just bounces.

abuse(a)xtra.co.nz works okay.

I just sent them a complaint regarding a customer of theirs spamming and they replied back to be saying the customer had been delt with within about 30 minutes.
