I've just come back. Power is restored, as most of you will have already noticed. Fire was in the 11K generator room. There was no vodafone 3G coverage in the tower at the time, but vodafone GSM worked. I opted not to walk all the way up, and instead took nagios alerts as proof that power had returned.
