Hello there, I was just wondering if somebody on this list would be able to guide me as to how I could implement QoS on my Cisco 2503 Router? What we need: We have several boxes colocated with us. However, we currently don't have a system in place that implements bandwith quotas on them. We need this so that we can limit down all the machines to 256k. Please let me know, if anybody knows any handy tutorials on the net? Hey all, Im looking at getting a connection to APE via ipexpress.. first of all.. Has anyone got a 100meg IP Express into the skytower I can stick a 10meg vlan onto? do clear do this? Would anyone be interested in helping pay for a 100meg ipexpress, take 10meg, and share out the rest to other people wishing to peer with ape? If anyone has a solution in place similar to this.. let me know.. im also interested in other methods of connecting to ape, we are located in albany. CLEAR does IP only for ipexpress (sic) --- other protocols will work probably (almost certainly), but CLEAR won't support it, but you cannot easily encapsulate dot1q inside another dot1q (I always wondered why this was so though, aside from large frames logically this seems like it should work cleanly but even those who do support this and similar things (eg. Foundry) do it in special magical ways). Would anyone be interested in helping pay for a 100meg ipexpress, take 10meg, and share out the rest to other people wishing to peer with ape? You should be able to buy 10M to APE from CLEAR, just pay for the one 10M end and they will deliver your 10M to Citylink switch for you (I think this may even be a specific product which is cheaper than for non-APE connectivity). If anyone has a solution in place similar to this.. let me know.. im also interested in other methods of connecting to ape, we are located in albany. You could also peer (via wireless) to some of the other people out there, RadioNet comes to mind. --cw - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
