next week's meeting network
The network for next week's meeting is up and running at Vic (thanks to all concerned in making that happen). Here are the layer-3 details for those who want to open firewall holes, etc before they arrive and realise they can't reach their routers: IPv4: 169.222.252.0/24 IPv6: 2001:4401:3::/64 The meeting network is attached to the WIX, and peering with a few people (including the WIX route servers). If anybody else would like to turn up direct peering (or donate transit), send mail to noc(a)nznog.org.
Another thing to make sure you do before you arrive is... compile in ipv6. The routers should be handing out addresses automatically, but you have to have it enabled. I'm not going to go into the hows here, but this is a prompt that you should have a think about it. Dean Joe Abley wrote:
