Website gives me no help, no legal company name or anything. When ordering no GST Number, and if you choose to send in a Cheque it gives no details where to send it to And.. they sent 1000's of advertising spams this morning with 1/2 of them to invalid email accounts/addresses to lots of .NZ email addresses. On those grounds Domainz have the right to pull the domain straight away, false information having been provided in the domain registration - What makes you think its a Shore number? 649-2 is South Auckland, Pukekohe/Franklin up to Papatoetoe and therabouts. So. my real question is, at the moment in NZ.. what can be done (if anything) for NZ spammers who are hosted overseas /send spam from overseas? It is impossible to identify what ISP they are using to connect via to connect to overseas to send the spam from. They aren't breaking (as far as I can tell) any rules with their registrar of their domain. When are these NZ Spam Laws coming into affect? Thanks Craig
