The first thing that leapt to my mind (and, of course, it is purely my personal opinion) was ... "FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: In order to ensure excellent service to customers, we will require anyone who wishes our DNS servers to resolve their queries to enter into a DNS Resolution and Transit agreement with us." Which is, of course, entirely reasonable. I mean, after all, companies put considerable resources into provisioning and maintaining their DNS servers, and then you buggers just come along as damn well request info from them for _FREE_. Obviously, this ad-hoc, hobbyist, cowboy approach cannot be tolerated in a modern business environment. JSR
