Just read today's aardvark. I must admit I haven't had any reason recently to report abuse to xtra. Bruce reports: "Attempts to send reports to abuse(a)xtra.co.nz or security(a)xtra.co.nz now produce an automated response that says, in part: Xtra has automated the procedures for reporting allegations of abuse and security breaches involving our network or customers. From 14 August 2001, we no longer accept complaints via email. Please complete the appropriate web forms at <URL supplied>" So is that true?
