The Brazilian site used for the last spam run appears to be an open relay at first glance (it accepts all test messages), but isn't. According to the Brazilian antispam team (antispam.org.br), it may well be a spam haven, based on domain names in the same netblock. They're working with BRnic to try and find out more. This guy was a very short-lived customer of ours, on 26/02 he lost his
account for repeated and blatantly unrepentant spamming.
If a formal complaint is being laid we have some data on file that may
help (copies of spam sent, email from various nocs wondering who managed
to give their mail server 70,000 bounces to choke on, etc).

You'd best update the DNS then. A MX of "removed.for.spamming" would make things somewhat clearer. AB --------- To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
