Maybe next time you find yourself writing that, think about whether you really should be sending what you've written. You're basically saying to everybody to use the delete key/button if necessary - and if people on this list know how the Internet works they probably already know how to delete emails, and don't need to be told what do with ones they aren't interested in ...
