Seeking some opinions here, and hoping to draw on the collected wisdom of NZNOG ;). We are looking at finding a different registry for GTLDs. Currently we are using Network Solutions (their motto: "Send us a detailed e-mail explaining the issue and how our FAQ doesn't cover it, and we'll refer you to the FAQ!"), but are looking for somewhere where the service is a little bit better (ie exists). Leading options so far seems to be OpenSRS or INA, but we are open to suggestions. At the moment we are not processing a huge volume of these, but we are expecting this to increase. Ideally we want a fair price, fairly prompt service, good support, and the ability to run an account (or some form of pre-purchase) Please let us know who you've found do a good job and feel you can recommend. We have had excellent service from Register.com (oh, and such a sexy web interface). They seem to actually give service when you have a problem (which is so close to never it's hard to tell) and their interface to the registry is very good. Lets you do pretty much anything you ever wanted via the web and even let you do things like use them as your name servers and stuff. Cheers.
