Re: Thanks to all who attended the Conference
Yeah Thanks to everyone that was involved in organising it Rodger volunteered to run one next year (probably in Auckland) as well as being elected as vice president on Saturday night. Start thinking of topics now... Mike Savory On Sunday, July 14, 2002, at 12:22 PM, Andy Linton wrote:

Just wanted to say a quick thanks to everyone who attended the conference. I'm sure much more will be posted about specific subjects later.
I hope you all enjoyed the sessions that you attended. I'm sorry I couldn't stay around longer
I'd also like to thank Dean, Donald and all the others who made the conference possible. I too am sorry I couldn't stay around longer but I'd guess from what I saw on Thursday that another of these would be a good idea.

Vice Presdident of Beer Supply. Someone has to keep up with the Chief Enthusiasts generous contribution to the conference. This is my last email from Cisco. The conference attendees know all the gory details. :-) Cell Phone = same 02[5,1] 481 452 rdesalis(a)fx.net.nz roger(a)desalis.gen.nz So if you could update all the aliases..... It was a great conference. I was very impressed with that a technical conference can produce such a wealth of talented people to present. There is clearly room for a technical conference in NZ, and it is time to move the subject matter and content along. I'd be gratefull for some feedback (individually, to roger(a)desalis.gen.nz) about the venue, and any other comments people have. Rgds Roger Joe Abley wrote:

Ah, a volunteer already! :-) Funny you should mention this. Rumour has it that this year's organiser is trying to find someone to pressgang into running a 2004 conference, preferably in a different city, with the idea that conference organisation can begin 2 years in advance with separate groups each organising an event in their "local" town. Would someone care to register conference.nznog.aq? :-) -Martin - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
