Are you hosting with ICONZ? Or are you using a CDN? The main site is at www.radionz.co.nz Some TelstraClear customers cannot access this address at all, meaning they don't get any images or style sheets. We have two complaints from businesses now as well as a few residential complaints. Doing a dig on my own Paradise/Telstra cable connection at home returns the correct information. I am asking this on the list because the Telstra help desk would not accept the fault because we do not have a residential account that has the fault. Hi Richard I logged a fault with TelstraClear earlier this week (it was specifically about users having trouble getting to your site). I was advised to change my DNS servers to 203.97.78.43 and 203.97.78.44 as dns1.clear.net.nz and dns2.clear.net.nz should no longer be used for recursive lookups. Feel free to call me for more details: David Anso 04 978 4491 On Fri, Aug 21, 2009 at 1:07 PM, Richard Hulse <Richard.Hulse(a)radionz.co.nz>wrote:
