We have a 10Mbyte limit for customer mail (and a 5Mbyte limit for mail to clear.co.nz). I used to limit to 10MB, but I now limit at 25MB. In time, I guess I will have to raise the bar further as people start mailing even large files... (because there isn't a good alternative for most people to get files about in this pointy-clicky world)
