dts is http://www.dts.net.nz/ (and who smell like an actrix offshoot). No idea about .7 and "ssc" (or .30) . I usually run a quick "nmap -sP 192.203.154.0/24" every week or so to see who is new.

I have to chase up most of the people who connect with APE to get them to register. It's a bit frustrating really since I presume most of them want to either peer with people or sell bandwidth over APE. For example I'd never heard of the DTS people before but their now an option for future bandwidth supplies. On the other hand they havn't yet sumitted their details for the web page. It would be cool if the CityLink people could point new members to the Website though if they don't already. -- Simon Lyall. | Newsmaster | Work: simon.lyall(a)ihug.co.nz Senior Network/System Admin | Postmaster | Home: simon(a)darkmere.gen.nz ihug, Auckland, NZ | Asst Doorman | Web: http://www.darkmere.gen.nz --------- To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog

ssc is another customer on APE. Not an ISP that I know of. Like WIX, APE is not restricted to ISPs. I'm not sure if they'll stay in the APE range as the number may have been assigned for testing only.

Can't remember what .30 is, but we commissioned 3 more connex last week. One other missed by minutes and should go live sometime this week,

Sorry we forget in the rush. Normally having got the link going (often no mean feat) we then have to talk people thru peering. Si is nominated for Sainthood in the peering dept with HUGE patience while he talks folks thru configs. .30 may be AT&T. rich richard.naylor(a)citylink.co.nz --------- To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
