Unable to reach anything but orcon servers on bitstream
Hi Folks, Following email came to the WellyLUG list and I though the situation might be of interest to the NOG community. Given that Telecom is *the* provider of DSL, and bitstream is *the* unbundled option, issues in switching over customers should be paid close attention to! The customer affected now believes the issue to be related to a profile not being set to the right authentication server. Is anyone else out there successfully using unbundled DSL? How can we find out how many Bitstream customers there are? If I try a traceroute to google, it gets as far as the gateway, and then no further.
