Just to followup to this, the mirror doesn't actually exist (to the best of my knowledge) following the departure of anyone with a clue from CallPlus. The mirror was getting a lot of traffic, so an ISP that sees a lot of FreeBSD-related traffic may well get some benefit from taking up the hosting of this.
