Knock yourself out :)

Yep... Rich has a terrible taste in music though. ;-)
I think Juha just publicly offered to buy me a new CD. You can all criticise HIS taste then. My taste is dictated by the need for "royalty free" status. Either that or I have to pay $ to APRA who don't quite understand what I do..... rich

Mmmm... royalty-free could be tricky. You could always play the OpenBSD songs, which I think are BSD licensed and which would also push the concept of "taste" further than I could. ;-) -- Juha

the BIG thanks go to Jonny who found the connectivity issue. Paul and Carl get mentions for trying with what little time they had. The video gear was setup on wednesday in under an hour. The net took 3 hrs on wed and 4 hrs today. The fault was that the jacks in the room weren't labelled, so we had to run cable to the nearest jack that was. When that didn't work we ran more cable directly thru to the patch room. The hotels Engineer wasn't impressed as we went smack thru the "nice" public space. We did gaffer it down tho :-) In the patch room, the jack labelled CityLink wasn't. Turned out to be the un marked jacks on the other side of the room. Of course access to the room was easy - if you had the key. Their IT Manager was very good and helped as much as he could. The "room" is the wet riser. Jeremy also gets a big thanks for tracking all the speakers during question time and the after lunch discussion. Its not an easy task for 3 hours. Canned video should be up over the week end or monday. rich
