Sounce of non-peering ranges or paths
Just wondering what the easiest way is to get a list of NZ IPs ranges that are not peered at APE or WIX? (and maybe other NZIX pops). Need it to be over 90% accurate and easy to recheck every once in a while. Or is it easier to go the other way and start with a list of NZ IPs (from ?) and subtract what is being peered? Take the APE/WIX lists and subtract the Telecom domestic list? You'll need to be peered* with all the relevant parties of course. *Ahem, or paying for transit.
