This is barely on-topic for this list, so apologies if it offends anyone :) I have a client who is looking to colocate a Cobalt RAQ2 somewhere well-connected in Wellington -- i.e. with a provider who peers with plenty of other networks, preferably within fast ethernet range of WIX.
