I noticed the costs were rather below the market rates from a number of players in the market that _do_ actually sell bandwidth internationally.. Maybe he's found another way around paying the carriers for their services.. ? one wonders if it all hinges upon him getting peering partners at APE and WIX.. does anyone actually trust net4u enough to peer with them.. ? -- Steve.
