I should qualify what I meant by serious interest, before you be so kind as to volunteer. :-)

The last proposal that was "floating around" was for us to land

on a router housed somewhere. The person administering/housing

would of course have to provide bandwidth for it, and configure GRE tunnels to other ISPs that might want "downstream" feeds. IOW,
