If you work for an ISP that employs people without clue to answer the telephone and accept orders, please spread the word that .com domain names do not have authorisation keys. We are getting dozens of calls a day from people asking for keys when they simply do not exist. As an ISP, our preference is that providers taking delegation send the template to NSI or enable their customer to do it for themselves. Sending the customer back to us to change the delegation is not usually helpful. Having said that, as an NSI premier partner, if there are any providers with specific instances of problems with .com names, change of delegation or billing, please fee free to contact us.
