Replying to myself but... There is even illegal porn advertised on .co.nz domain names with its registered details in the Russian Federation.(I shant say more) I guess registrars can't vet what people are using the domain names for all the time, but a few of the registrar's I've looked at T&C saying the domain names they are charging the customer for must be used for legal purposes. Also good examples are www.pharmacycare.co.nz and http://www.discountmeds.co.nz/.

In no way shape or form do I want a registrar poking around whatever I'm
doing with my domain name.
I pay them to put a listing in a database. They can choose to not accept
my money, but I'm strongly opposed to any idea registrars have any
responsiblity to "monitor" usage.
