Apparently an ex-staff member who was subscribed, whose mail is now part of a catch-all going to this helpdesk ticketing system.

The email address causing this is apparently 'juanb(a)iserve.co.nz'. Can a list admin please remove it. Maybe they are having issues trying to do it themselves.
