We are finding Network Solutions to e not worth the money. For the second time in as many years they have deactivated one of our domains for non payment of fees. In both cases the fees _had_ been paid. In this latest episode we even paid twice just to (vainly) try to stop it from being deactivated. This time has really hurt as it's where our main website lives. Their solution to getting it reactivated was "pay us again so we have a transaction we can find in our system"!
