FW: Akamai streaming cluster on APE.
So is this supposed to be still operating? Trailers.apple.com went there for about a week.. as did downloads.microsoft.com now it appears to go via an akamai cluster in Australia? Craig,
Amongst many other things Akamai is trickery with DNS. It's more that
than routing magic.
Your tests show that your local office DNS is resolving differently to
what you're seeing at home, or what Tim is seeing in sunny Nelson.
I'd be looking at whoever looks after your local DNS rather than
pointing finger.
