Some further thoughts on this posting. I'm using this as an example - I've absolutely no desire to pick on Matt, Tim or TelstraClear. I've had the view expressed to me when I've talked about using a public RPSL database to construct filter lists along the lines of: "I'd be very wary of using entries from a database which I didn't control..." Here's an example of something posted from an account which doesn't even appear to be from the ISP in question - for all many people on this list know Matt might be a disgruntled TelstraClear customer or employee trying to mess up their peering.
