Funny you say that, because I'm sure I said it wasn't 100%. I have found various feeds off NOC sites and one of my servers is on BGP which I get a feed from. I'm just the messenger, if there's a problem it's on one of the lists I propogate off. - Drew

Fixed, Thanks for the tip, it was an old deprecated datafile which was not being filtered out when I was trying apnic a while back. 32,000 less incorrect addresses. Should be a bit closer to 100% than 0% now. - Drew

Different meanings of "New Zealand IP Range" will result (in general) in different lists. Also, different measurement points will yield different lists. Your question is not especially conducive to receiving a useful answer. (Sending the question from a non-throwaway address and being open about who you are might also help.) Joe
