Hi folks, It is looking to me like some of the technical detail around this is not getting through to all of the right people In all of the right RSPs. The important headline is that if you are an RSP and use the POTS port on our ONTs for your voice service, you *MUST* make ACS updates or voice will not work on the new ONT. If you weren’t in the meeting we had on Wednesday afternoon and you look after an RSP ACS for UFB ONTs, can you please get in touch. We are running an internal staff trial for the new ONTs from 4th Feb, with production launch early March. When the production launch hits, the new ONT will be popping up on Chorus UFB connections (new installs and fault replacements).
