Got a terse media statement about the above... no actual details, but it looks like ICONZ has agreed to pay TelstraClear for domestic peering. Wonder what the consequences of that'll be? -- Juha

Wonder how long it will take IRD to start chasing up default tax assesments on all those people trying to dodge paying GST on internet traffic !. hmm, does that mean anyone connected to the route servers on Citylink will now be liable for GST ? -- Steve.
