What I'm looking for is a list of NZ owned IP addresses, if I recall, maxnet has a URL with a list of these.

if it's still up to date, doesn't look like it.
I'm basically doing a similar thing with a nz-firewall using ipfw on bsd. I
want to restrict access to international browsers, but not for local users.
Does anyone know if maxnet still updates that page regularly?
