There was earlier, we had to shut down our BGP session to TCL because of some weirdness in the BGP advertisements from TCL. It has been resolved now and the BGP session was brought back up. packets

Same here - unusable.

I am possibly seeing the same problem here? we are on tesltraclear DSL and cant get to any of IHUG's network... Anyone seeing this same issue this morning? Other major ISP's are fine.
