Hi Folks, I'm helping InternetNZ with the arrangements for their ICT debate next week. They'd like a few folks from outside the bigger cities to ask questions - sort of live. How it works is that you Skype me, using a webcam. I record the call to tape and the tape gets played at the appropriate time. Hopefully you get your question answered.
