I can see nothing on the DOMAINZ site that is a proposal to change the e-mail template. I have spoken to several people who attended your workshops. They have specifically advised no proposal to change the e-mail template was presented. than

I interpret above to mean you will be publishing the changes without opportunity to have them changed as a result of industry feedback. How many days will there be between the date you publish the changes to when ISP's must have made changes to their systems to use new e-mail template?
