No, it is not the reverse of newzealand.biz. Neither arbitrator ruled in favour of the New Zealand case. With newzealand.biz the reallocation occured by default (the respondent did not put up an argument). If you read the arbitrator's comments, it is clear that he did not support the NZ case at all.
