Hi, I'm a 'sometimes' end user of Jetstream, who has been 'enjoying' the recent thread... Now I say sometimes because I have been unable to connect for the last approx. 20 hours...my ISP, who shall at this time remain nameless, has recently informed me that this is a Telecom problem within the entire Porirua basin... As the same 'tech' person is the one who assured me that to reboot an external router I had to restart my computer, and also asked me to tell him what results I got from a tracert to their server were, when I had just spent 5 min explaining that I had no internet connection, in all honesty I have little faith in the accuracy of this statement... :-) A web search turns up nothing useful...just wondered if anyone on the list can confirm or deny...
