Has anybody experienced any difficulty getting responses from above recently? We have sent a couple of messages to the address in the last week or so and dont appear to get an answer. When Rex was on board we got a reply within minutes on most days. It sometimes take a little more time, but Geoff usually answers with 24hrs.
