Folks, Any reason why our friends at TCL are announcing (what appears to be) an unallocated block? Jamie

It looks like we've been announcing it for a very long time (since at least 2004) from the ex-Netlink side of things. Might've once been allocated to someone, doesn't appear to be now. I'll tidy it up next week. In other news, TCL do have email addresses you can contact people on directly. --David

An old CAIDA report included the following line": 595 151.135.248.1 gateb.opus.co.nz 151.135.248.0/22 8366 as4763np1at2 I don't know what that report was (the CAIDA web page no longer carried it at the spidered URL; I pulled the data from the Google cache). The URL has "~broido" in it, so perhaps Andre still has source data around and could tell us more. 4763 sounds right for an ex-Netlink block. I don't know who Opus are, but their domain is still registered and has a Wellington address on it, which also sounds right for an ex-Netlink block. I have long wished for a "whowas" service at RIRs.
